Ingredients

  • 1baingan
  • 2onion
  • 3tomato
  • 2green chilli
  • 2 tspgreen coriander
  • 1 tspmango powder
  • 1 tspred chilli powder
  • 1/2 tspjeera
  • 1/2 tsphaldi powder
  • 1 tspcoriander powder
  • to tastesalt
  • as neededoil

Steps

  1. 1

    Roast the baingan,peel and mashed it,

  2. 2

    Heat oil in a wok add cumin and chopped onion and saute it,

  3. 3

    After saute add tomato and spices and saute till leave the oil.

  4. 4

    Add mashed baingan cook on low flame for 10 minute

  5. 5

    Serve hot with fulka
