Cut the 3pepper and dice the onion and keep aside

Heat the oil and fry the pepper for like 5minute.,then add water and allow it to boil

When the water boil add the cous cous stir and cover allow it to cook for 5min in low heat. Keep aside

Wash the liver well and start cooking. Then blend the tomatoes, garlic,pepper until smoothly and pour it on the liver

Then put oil,seasoning and cover the pot and continue cooking in low heat until the oil separate from the tomatoes

Serve and enjoy with cous cous
