These are not fried but are made in appe Pan.
Steps

Take a bowl. Mix Cabbage, carrot and capsicum. Add corn flour and salt. Mix. Add red chilli powder and black pepper.

Make small balls. Take a appe Pan. Grease it with oil. Put Manchurian balls. Cook from all sides by drizzling few drops of oil. Keep aside all balls.

Take a wok. Heat. Put oil in hot wok. Add chopped garlic. Saute. Add chopped onions and capsicum. Saute on high flame. Add spring onion greens. Add soya sauce, vinegar, red chilli sauce and tomato sauce. Add salt. Cook on high flame for 2 min.

Make a slurry of corn flour. Add this to all sauces in wok. Cook. Add manchurian balls. Mix properly.

Serve in a serving dish and garnish with spring onion greens.
