200 gpuff pastry
5sausages
Grated mozarella cheese..as needed
Egg wash

Steps

Roll out your puff pastry....apply some water

Remove the skin from your sausage

Grate your cheese

Place the sausages in the middle of your rolled out puff pastry...make some cuts on both ends for braiding

Braid. Leaving enough room for the sausage to cook..brush with some egg wash

Bake in a preheated oven till golden brown in color
