Time to make your marinade

Cut your chicken into sizeable pieces.....

Place your chicken into the marinade...ensure it is well coated and let it sit for about 30 minutes

Prepare your grill ready for cooking

Let your chicken cook, use your marinade and some rosemary sprigs to "kill" the flame... You do not want your meat to burn without cooking in the inside

Keep turning your meat to ensure each side is evenly cooked You will know your chicken is ready,when the skin shrinks and the juices stop oozing out..also,it will not be pink on the inside

Cover your chicken with foil when ready.. Sprinkle a little water/marinade.....place it over a little heat for a few minutes..it prevents it from drying out.

You can serve immediately or do it later
