Take lassi in a deep bowl add besan, salt,Curry leaves and turmeric powder and required water.

Boil this when the bubbles come up now lower the flame and let it boil for 20-25 mins

Take a wok heat oil add jeera,onion, potatoes and ginger and garlic paste and green chilli.

When onion become little brown add tomato and all spices and mix well.

Cook for 10-12 mins.

Now add vegetables gravy into the boiled kadhi and mix it well.

Now kadhi is ready to serve.

Take a pressure cooker add oil and jeera.

Now add rice and add water and salt mix it well.

Cover the lid tightly and cook for 2-3 whistles.

Now kadhi chawal is ready to serve.
