Ingredients

45 minutes
4 servings
  1. For gunjia
  2. 3/4 cupall purpose flour
  3. 1/4 cupsuji
  4. 1/4 cupoil
  5. 1/2 tea spoonsalt
  6. 1 pinchbaking soda
  7. For stuffing
  8. 1 cupboiled Rajma
  9. 1/4 cupchopped capsicum
  10. 1/2 cupchopped cabbage
  11. 1/4 cupgrated cheese
  12. 1/2 tea spoonsalt
  13. 1/2 tea spoonred chilli powder
  14. 1 tea spoonoregano
  15. 1 tea spoonchaat masala
  16. 1 tea spoonpizza masala
  17. 1/2 tea spoonsalt
  18. 1 table spoontomato sauce
  19. 1 table spoonoil

Steps

45 minutes

    Take maida, suji, salt, baking powder.

  2. 2

    Add and mix oil.

  3. 3

    Knead tight dough using water.

  4. 4

    Keep aside for 30 minutes.

  5. 5

    In the meanwhile we will prepare stuffing.

  6. 6

    Add chopped veggies.

  7. 7

    When veggies get cook then add boiled rajma.

  8. 8

    Add all spices.

  9. 9

    Add rajma and mix well.

  10. 10

    Mash rajma by spoon.

  11. 11

    Add tomato sauce and cheese and mix well.

  12. 12

    Now cool this at room temperature.

    Make equal 4 balls from dough.

    Roll like puri.

  15. 15

    Now spread this puri over gunjiya mould.

  16. 16

    Apply water over edges.

  17. 17

    Remove extra dough from mould.

  18. 18

    In the same way make all.

  19. 19

    Keep pieces on Greased and dusted tray.

  20. 20

    Bake at 180 degree for 15-20 minutes

    Enjoy with tomato sauce or chilli sauce.
