In a bowl mix besan,sugar and salt,add enoigh water...mix it now add lemon juice and oil mix and keep aside for 5 minutes

After 5 minutes beat the batyer by an electric batter..add eno mix by spatula and pour in a greased dhokla plate...steam it till it's cook perfectly

For tadka....in a pan add oil..add mustard seeds..curry leaves and green chilli saute it now place sugar and enough water..cook till sugar dissol e completely

Off the flame add lemon juice and salt mix it cool it...andd pour thos on cooled dhokla

Garnish with green coriander
