  • Ahihia ogwu

Steps

  1. 1

    Get a pot and add water to the pot with the ahihia ogwu and allow to boil for for 15mins.

  2. 2

    Remove the ahihia ogwu,add your fish, uzuza seed, uda, pepper, salt for 30mins

  3. 3

    Ready to serve.

  4. 4

    This helps in melting down stomach fat..
