Grate carrot

Now heat pan and put grated carrot and milk and in a low flame heat whole mixture to a boil and then shimmer and on stirring

When the milk start reduced by 80% add ghee, sugar, or condensed milk, cordamon powder and mix well and keep on stirring on low flame

And when it's fully done add dryfruits and keep aside

Take any glass or bowl in which u want to serve at the end add pomegranate on top add halwa layer

Now decorate top part with fruits I had used grapes and orange pcs

Serve it hot or chilled keeping for sometime in fridge and enjoy the tasty fruity halwa
