Ingredients

  1. 1Katori roasted Makhana
  2. 100 g.Mawa
  3. 1 spoonall purpose flour for binding
  4. 1 spooncocoa powder, for colour in Deepak
  5. 1 spoonsugar powder Ya your test
  6. Oil for deep fry
  7. 10almond peel and cut, for bati
  8. ForRabdi
  9. 500ml.l. milk
  10. 1 spooncorn flour
  11. 1 spoonsugar
  12. 1 tbspcardamom powder
  13. 1 pinchsaffron
  14. 1 spoondry fruit powder
  15. Chopped almond and Pista for decorate

Steps

  1. 1

    Heat milk in a hole pan with corn and sugar, reduce milk one third, add Saffron dry fruits powder, cardamom powder mix well medium flame. Rabdi is ready cool down in refrigerator 3 or 4 hour.
