Fried potatoes
A very good accompaniment for any stew of your choice
Steps

Peel the potatoes and wash them

Divide into cubes

Boil water add tumeric, salt then the potatoes and boil till half cooked

Then heat oil in a pan and deep fry the potatoes till well cooked and crispy

In a separate pan, fry the onions till they brown. Put in the coriander and cook for a minute
- 6
Toast the onion mixture into the potatoes and serve
