Ingredients

  1. 1/2green bell pepper
  2. 1carrot thinly grated
  3. 1onion finely chopped
  4. 1tomato chopped into small piece's
  5. Garlic paste
  6. Garam masala
  7. Cayenne pepper
  8. 6eggs
  9. to tasteSalt
  10. Dhania

Steps

  1. 1

    Prepare all ingredients n set aside

    Beat the eggs

    Mix all the ingredients together

    Heat a nonstick pan n pour half the mixture. Let it cook a bit then fold.

    Pour the other half on top cook a bit then fold again.

  6. 6

    Cover n cook in very low heat until done

    Slice and serve hot
