250 gmKhoya
225 gmBura
2 table spoonPure ghee
50 gmAlmond, raisin, cashew

Steps

1

Putt 2 tbsf puree ghee in a kdhai.

Add khoya to it and cook it till light brown for 5 minutes.

Put khoya in an open plate till it cool down.
4

Add bura to it and mash it with hands.
5

Make pede of this mixture and decorate with nuts.
6

Your dish is ready to serve.
