First of all take all the flours in a heavy bottom pan and dry roast on low heat until nice aroma comes and it starts Changing colour

Heat some water, add all the spices, sesame seeds, poppy seeds and Ajwain to hot water. Add salt also according to the taste

In a mixing bowl take roasted mixed flours add 4 tablespoons of oil to it and mix well

Now add warm water spiced water to flours and prepare a soft dough

Knead it well and keep it covered aside for few minutes

Now knead it again

Take chakali maker, grease it with some oil. Fill it with sufficient ready dough

Heat sufficient oil in a pan, prepare chakali and deep fry in hot oil on low heat until golden brown in colour. Keep turning in between.
