  3. 1/4 kgFresh pepper
  4. 1 cupPalmoil
  5. Salt

  1. 1

    Diced onion,fresh pepper and bleach palmoil then fry both for 2minutes.add salt to taste and fry for 2minutes.

    Peel and make cuts on the plantain preheat oven and grilled for 10-15minutes.
