Peanut butter it's a superlative supplement food for the body, with nutritious proteins vital for the human consumption.

Roast the groundnuts for about 10minutes.

Peel the groundnuts after roasting them it becomes easier.

Transfer the groundnuts to a blender.

Turn the blender on and use high power and start chopping them.

The first minutes it will look scrumbly like.

Keep on blending them,they will form thick like balls.

Add salt to it and continue whirling it.

Then add your honey and 1 table spoon of cooking oil first.

Continue till the peanut is smooth as you prefer it to be.

Check on the constitency, if it's too thick add another tablespoon of cooking oil until you are comfortable with the texture.

Taste and add more salt if you like.

Transfer the peanut butter to a jar and cover it.

Peanut oil may separate with time on the surface. This is normal stir before use.

This peanut butter can be applied on bread, pancakes, mixed with vegetables, porridge and soup.
