Aaloo ka paranrtha with tea

Ingredients

  1. 2Boiled potatoes
  2. 1Chopped onions
  3. 2green chiili
  4. to tastesalt
  5. to tastered chilli powder
  6. leavesSome coriander

Cooking Instructions

    To make this paratha, boil the potatoes and mash them in a large bowl

  2. 2

    In potatoes add chopped onions, green chillies, coriander leaves, salt, red chilli powder and mix it well

  3. 3

    Put wheat flour in a large mixing bowl. Add water gradually and knead into a soft dough

  4. 4

    Make small-medium balls of the dough and roll them out into 3 to 4 inch circles

  5. 5

    Add a spoonful of potato filling in the center.

    Seal the dough and round it with the help of your fingers

  7. 7

    Now roll them with a rolling pin into round parathas

  8. 8

    Place it on a hot tava and cook over medium flame

  9. 9

    Spread some oil around it's edge with the help of spatula and cook for approx 30-40 seconds

    Now flip it again and do the same step until golden brown spots appear on both sides of parantha

  11. 11

    Ur paratha is ready to serve.. Enjoy the yummy paratha
