  • to tasteSalt
  • 1 cupwater
  • 1 teaspoonvinegar
  • 1 teaspoonblack pepper
  • 1tspn beefmasala

30 minutes
  1. 1

    Boil the meat first with water, salt, vinegar, black pepper and beef masala to get rid of its toughness

  2. 2

    On heat with a wiremesh, place the boiled beef and roast it to a fine brown look

  3. 3

    Serve hot with kachumbari and enjoy
