Ingredients

  1. 390 gflour
  2. 250 gmagarine
  3. 200 gramsugar
  4. 3eggs
  5. Lemon essence
  6. 2fresh lemons
  7. Vanilla essence
  8. 100 gmilk
  9. 4 teaspoonsbaking power

Steps

  1. 1

    Mix Blueband with sugar & mix with a electric mixer for 10mins till fluffy

  2. 2

    Add 1tsp of baking power in the mixture then a an egg with a little flour to fold in continue with the rest one by one

  3. 3

    Add the rest of the flour with a little milk little by little till you get the right consistence

  4. 4

    Pre heat your mawe tatu oven

  5. 5

    Grease you tin with Blueband & flour

  6. 6

    Place your batter in the oven(sufuria) cover well with another sufuria on a low heat for 90mins

  7. 7

    Check if the cake is ready

  8. 8

    Let it cool in a rack.. When fully cooled cream it with lemon flavoured butter cream
