Steps

Mix the flour and semolina,oil and salt and knead into a semi soft dough cover and left for 7-9 min.

Divide the dough into equal parts and make balls.flatten a ball roll like thin Puri.

Deep fry on medium flame till them crispy.

After 5-7 min fill the stuffing firstly add potatoes,boiled moong dal sprouts, sev, pomegranate seeds curd,red chutney,green chutney, salt and papdi.

Garnish with bhujia and curd and pomegranate seeds.
- 6
Ready to serve.
