baisan
flour(chacki ka Atta)
1 small sizeonion
coriander
podina
2 normal sizegreen chilli
half tspzeera
oil
daise ghee
half tspred chilli flakes
salt (according to your taste)

Take a deep bowl add all the above mentioned ingredients in it mix them add and make a dough then make small circle of them roll them with rolling pin and make parhata then fry in ghee or oil then serve with achar and raita..
