  • Pepper
  • Seasoned salt
  • Spring onion
  • Vegetable oil

Steps

  1. 1

    Parboil and wash the rice.add salt to taste and boil untill is done.cut carrots in it when is done the heat will simmer.Season and boil the fresh fish.

  2. 2

    Cut onion,pepper,tomatoes,green pepper,spring onion..heat up vegetable oil fry all in it.
