Easy fried rice

This is a quicker version of normal fried rice and a perfect lunch box recipe.Mostly done with leftover cold rice so that it doesn't become sticky.Normally known as 'bhaat bhaja' in Bengali and it's mildly flavoured.Addition of different vegetables makes it tasty and a wholesome meal.

Chop all vegetables into very small pieces and fry separately in oil till they are semi soft.Chop the onion.Beat the egg and scramble it with pinch of salt in little oil.Set aside.Add some more oil and fry the carrots and cauliflower separately.Then sprinkle jeera and when they splutter,fry the chopped onion alongwith chopped beans and peas till they are semi soft.

Now add the rice,little salt and sugar(optional),chilli sauce,soya sauce,msg and toss.Add the scrambled fried egg and toss again.Add 2 broken green chillies at the end to retain the flavour of chillies.Serve hot.
