Transfer the Poha in strainer,

Wash Poha really well with water 3-4 times,do not soak the Poha.

Cover it keep the aside about 10 min.

Add turmeric powder,salt,sugar,,mix everything well together,

For tempering heat the oil in pan on medium flame, than add cumin, mustard seed, hing,curry leaves let them splutter, pour this tempering in Poha,

Meanwhile all above the process take some water in the steamer & bring it to boil,when the water begins to boil put the strainer on it, cover and steam medium heat for about 7-8 min,

Take out the Poha sprinkle jeeravan masala, chopped coriander leaves, chopped onion, sev, mix well and serve.
