Roasted potatoes with bread crumb crust

This recipe of potatoes tastes just amazing! The flavour of roasted potatoes combines perfectly with the taste and the texture of bread crumbs... Crispy outside and soft inside, these potatoes are everything you want as a great side dish or on their own...
For me, they succesfully replece even the invincible French fries!

This recipe of potatoes tastes just amazing! The flavour of roasted potatoes combines perfectly with the taste and the texture of bread crumbs... Crispy outside and soft inside, these potatoes are everything you want as a great side dish or on their own...

Peel and cut the potatoes.

Add salt and oil and mix well, until potatoes are well covered.

Top the potatoes with bread crumbs, then cover them with aluminium foil.

Put them in the preheated oven for about 30 minutes,then remove the aluminium foil.

Let potatoes bake 15 minutes more or until the crumb topping become golden-brown.

Enjoy the potatoes as a side dish or with a generous green salad and you will need nothing more!
