In a pan add oil then add onion,Tomatoes,Garlic and ginger. Saute for a few minutes and grind it into a fine paste.

In the same pan add oil then add the Bhindi and fry until it is lightly cooked.

In the pan add oil,add the grinded paste,add turmeric powder,red chilli powder and salt. Saute till the raw smell goes off.

Then add the Bhindi pieces and mix well. Saute for a few minutes and add the garam masala powder. Finally garnish with coriander leaves.
