Steps

Wash ur fish properly and make incisions for proper seasoning.

Wash and Blend ur Onions,peppers,garlic,knorr,veg oil,yaji coarsely and set aside.

With gloves or well oils hands,marinate d fish with d blended paste and make sure it enters into d incisions, wrap in foil and allow to sit for 1-2 hours.

Prepare ur grill and place d wrapped fish on it turning intermittently and applying more paste for proper seasoning for abt 40-50 mins.

Ur Grilled Catfish is ready.

Enjoy with any sauce of choice and chips.
