Ingredients

  1. 2 cupchana dal (coursly grind)
  2. 2 tbspoil
  3. 1/2 cupmethi fresh(fenugreek)
  4. 1/4 tsp hing
  5. 1/4 tspturmeric powder
  6. 1 tbspred chilli powder
  7. 2 tsp sugar
  8. 1 tspgreen chilli chopped
  9. 1 tsp garam masala
  10. 1/4 tspsoda
  11. salt par taste
  12. 8-10black pepper coarsely grind
  13. 1/2 tsp sesame seeds coarsely grind
  14. 1/2 tsp Fennel seeds (saunf)
  15. 1/2 tsp dry corriender coursly grind
  16. 1 cupmilk or water
  17. oil for fry

Steps

  1. 1

    Roast chanal dal on slow flame for 5 mins. let it cool. on room temperature. Now grind and make thick atta.

  2. 2

    Now add red chilli powder chopped chilli fresh fenugreek chopped salt turmeric powder hing sugar and add coarsely grinded mixture. mix well. Now add oil,milk, soda mix well. Batter should be thick. and rest it for 10-15 minutes.

  3. 3

    Now make a balls and fry on a slow flame. till it turns in golden brown colour.

  4. 4

    Serve hot with besan kadhi Imli jaggery chutney and mirchi

  5. 5

    Tasty Tasty methi Gota is ready to serve.
