  • Fresh fish
  • Spices of your choice
  • Onions
  • Lemon juice
  • Vegetable oil

Steps

  1. 1

    Slice the onions and mix with the spices and cooking oil

    Coat and marinate the fish pieces

    Place the pieces in a two sided pan or you can use the oven.

    Sprinkle some lemon juice on the fish and cover the pan

  5. 5

    Put it on medium fire and keep turning it until you feel the delicious scent hehehe.

  6. 6

    Serve hot and enjoy.
