Take a pan and light roast rawa allow it to cool and transfer roasted rava in a mixing bowl add all the ingredients expect eno and make a better and allow to the rest for 20 minutes.

Just before making idli add eno in this batter. pour the batter in greased idli plate.

Steam them on middle flame for 15 minutes or until idli are cooked completely.

And serve it with coconut chutney and sambhar.
