Peel, cut the arbi in round shape, take the pan

Then fry pieces of arbi into the hot oil

Now add oinon and green chillies until soft.

Then add all masala like red chilli powder, turmeric powder, garam masala, to taste salt and add fried arbi mix well and cook again for 5-6 mins.

Arbi is ready to serve with chapatti.
