Mushroom pasta
For quick lunch.
Steps

Chop garlic, slice onion, cut mushrooms.

Heat olive oil in a pan and add the garlic.

Meanwhile, boil water in another pan and add salt. When the water starts boiling, pour pasta and keep boiling in some minutes according to instruction on the package.

In the other pan, add onion, bacon and some chili (optional) and fry them until onion soft.

Add mushrooms and let them cook in 5 mins.

Season with fish stock, soy sauce and Mirin.

Add one or two small cup of the water which you are using to boil the pasta.

Toss the drained pasta into the mushrooms pan and mix well.

It was a quick lunch for my husband and me!
