Cut tomatoes in slice not very thin and grease oven tray with oil and place all slices of tomatoes and place chopped garlic on tomatoes

Roast for 20 min on 180° it should look like this in between remove and check if it got roasted remove it

Add into grinder

Add 1tbsp of crushed black pepper and salt and half tbsp sugar

Add warm water 1 cup and grinder to smooth paste

Take out the paste in a pan

Here you can add water how much thick soup you want if salt and pepper you want to add more you can add and the tangy soup is ready

Boil chana with adding salt and turmeric

Add one tbsp oil and green chilli with curry leaves

Now add chana and roast for a minute sprinkle some salt from top and serve hot
