Steps

Wash and cut the bhindi.

Peel and sliced the onions

Heat oil in a wok add hing and cumin seeds when splutters add sliced onion and saute it till change the colour.

Put spices in it and roast it.

Add cut bhindi and mix well.
- 6
Cover and cook till soft the bhindi.
- 7
Add garam masala and serve with roti/paratha
