Ingredients

1 serving
  • 500 gmlong grain rice
  • 200 gmbutter
  • To tastesalt
  • 150 gmfinely chopped onion
  • 100 gmparsley

Steps

  1. 1

    Boil the rice & keep it aside

  2. 2

    Heat butter in a pan

  3. 3

    Add chopped onion and parsley

  4. 4

    Add the rice in the pan once the onions start getting golden brown

  5. 5

    Add salt & pepper to taste, the Riz pilav is ready to serve
