In a food processor put the softened butter mix for seconds than add the sugar and mix.

Gradually add the eggs and continue mixing

Add the vanilla and lemon zest and mix

Add the sifted and baking powder flour mix until just combined and stop

Put the dough 10 min in the fridge then put in the tart pan without over working it .
Put it in a preheated oven (180°F) until it is slightly brown for about 20 to 25 minute remove and chill. - 6
For the cream patissier put all the ingredients together and stir. Put in the microwave for 5 min. Remove it and stir then put it in for 2 min each and stir until it is firm.

Pour the cream into the tart cover with the strawberries and pour the jello on top of it.
N.B please put half the requested quantity of water in the jello making instructions.
