Wash ur fish with lemon or vinegar (yana cire karnin)

Finely chop cabbage, carrots $ g/beans

Grate tattase pepper onions ginger n garlic

In a pot add small amount of oil, put the fish and fry.

Add the grated stuff,

Add g/beans 1st and cook for 2mins

Add seasoning and stir

Add ur carrot n cabbage allow it to simmer... i served mine with spags
