Mango Rabdi Shots

Take the Milk and let it boil over the stove in a heavy bottom pan.Once it starts boiling and begins to reduce,add the condensed milk and once it starts to thicken like Rabdi,switch off the stove and add vanilla essence to it

Let it chill in the fridge

Let the mango pulp and chopped mango pieces chill in the fridge for some time

Now take four serving Shot Glasses and firstly pour about 3 tbsp Rabdi into each glass.Now Place 3 tbsp Mango Pulp in each glass.Now place about 1 tbsp Mango Pieces onto it and then pour about 1 tsp Rabdi over these Mango Pieces

Garnish with Grated Pista and serve chilled
