Steps

First cut patotes and wash properly.

Second cut cauliflower and soak in water 10 min and wash it.

Then take a cooker heat oil.

Add asafoetida and cumin seeds.. let it splutter. add tomato and saute it.

Add red mirch, gram masala, coriander powder saute it.

Add potatoes and cauliflower

Add salt and take a whistle in cooker.

Garnish with coriander.
