Ingredients

  1. 500 gmboiled shalgam
  2. 4onion finely chopped
  3. 2tomato finely chopped
  4. 1 tspjeera
  5. 1 tspsugar
  6. 1 tspgreen coriander
  7. to tasteSalt
  8. as neededOil
  9. to tasteRed chilli

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Take a pan add oil,jeera crackle it add chopped onion and tomato cook it for 5-8 min.

    Add Salt,Red chilli powder and mix it.

  3. 3

    Now add boiled and mashed shalgam and add sugar.

  4. 4

    Mix well and cook for 5 min.

  5. 5

    Ready to serve.
