Ingredients

  • 500 gmsgourd
  • 1/2 cupchana dal
  • 2tomatoes finely chopped
  • 1/4 tbszeera
  • 2 tbscoriander powder
  • 1 tbskashmiri lal Mirch powder
  • 1/4 tbsturmeric powder
  • 1/4 tspgaram masala
  • 1Green chilli

Steps

  1. 1

    Boil chana dal and lauki separately

  2. 2

    Make a gravy of tomato. Add all dry masala and let the oil come out

  3. 3

    Then add chana dal and Laurie to the gravy and mix well

    Add garam masala and chopped coriander and serve hot with phulkas, or parathes
