Ingredients

  1. 1 bowlMoth (boiled)
  2. 2aloo peel and diced
  3. All regular spices
  4. 1finely chopped onion
  5. 2finely chopped tomato
  6. 1 tspginger garlic paste
  7. 1 tspcumin seed
  8. As neededoil

Steps

  1. 1

    Heat oil in pressure cooker, add jeera crackle it, add ginger garlic paste saute till light brown.

  2. 2

    Add onion and tomato saute it, now add boil moth and aloo and cover with lid tightly and cooked till 3 whistle.

  3. 3

    Serve with chapati.
