Steps

Wash spinach very well, chopped spinach.

Take a mixing bowl add besan add salt, red chilli powder, ajwain, turmeric powder.

Add spinach mix well make a thick batter.

Take a kadhai,heat oil in a kadhai. Pour the batter in a heat oil cook pakodas till golden brown or crispy.

Serve with tea or chutney.
