Ingredients

20 minutes
4 servings
  1. 2brinjals sliced
  2. 1Potato sliced
  3. 1 handfullentil dumplings
  4. 1 tspginger crushed
  5. 1 tspfive spices
  6. 1 tspgreen chillies chopped
  7. 1 tspturmeric powder
  8. 1tomato chopped
  9. To tastesalt and sugar
  10. As neededoil

Steps

20 minutes
  1. 1

    Heat oil and temper five spices and green chillies

  2. 2

    Add dumplings and fry well

  3. 3

    Now add Potatoes and brinjals and saute adding salt and turmeric powder

  4. 4

    Add ginger paste and tomato saute well till it is soft

  5. 5

    Now add sugar and boil adding water

  6. 6

    Serve it with rice
