1large cauliflower
2Potatoes
1 tspcumin powder
1 tspcoriander powder
1 tspgreen chilli paste
1 tspturmeric powder
1bay leaf
1 tspcumin seed
1/4 bunchcoriander leaves chopped
1tomato chopped
To tastesalt and sugar
As neededoil

Heat oil and fry the Potatoes and cauliflower
2

Add salt and turmeric powder and cover till it is soft
3

As it is soft add cumin seed bay leaf and green chillies
4

Saute well adding cumin-coriander powder and tomato
5

As everything get combined add water and simmer
6

Add sugar and mix well
