Boil the beef till tender

WWhen ready put a side. Into the sufuria fry the garlic and ginger paste and add the beef.

Add the diced onions and fry. Break the eggs into the beef and turn. Add the mayonnaise.

Add the plain youghurt. I substituted with cooking cream

When ready serve with ugali or rice
