Ingredients

  • Potatoes
  • Salt
  • 2tables spoons of cooking oil
  • Assorted spices

Steps

  1. 1

    Wash the Potatoes with the peel on and cut into wedges.

  2. 2

    Blanch the Potatoes in boiling water with salt

  3. 3

    Remove and drain the water and the spices. Coat with the cooking oil. Mean your oven is pre heated at 180 degrees

  4. 4

    Bake the potatoes for around 20 minutes or until ready

  5. 5

    Serve
