So I was craving for jollof rice and this came to my mind. I quickly rushed to the nearby market with the little I have with to make this. Trust me when I say the taste is everything.. You can't go wrong with this at all

Steam your fish with onion, salt and seasoning cube and set aside

Parboil your rice and set aside

Place your a pot of oil on fire, heat and then pour your tomato, pepper and diced onion, stir till it's slightly dry

Pour your already steamed fish and water that will be enough to cook the rice to your satisfaction. Add your curry and thyme

Wash your crayfish and add to the pot.

Add more salt and seasoning cubes if it's not enough to your taste, then pour your already parboiled rice. Stir together and cover to cook till it's dry

Now add your vegetable and stir together then bring it down

Your delicious rice is ready. Serve hot with any soft drink of your choice. I still remain your favorite darling boy chef Emryson ❤❤😍😍
