Soak the moong or urad dal for 2 hours.

Stain the water& put it in the mixer with green chillies& ginger.Make a paste of it.

Add salt,red chilli powder, coriander powder& garam masala in to the paste.

Sieve the flour & sooji in the another bowl.

Pour dal paste & oil in to the flour & knead well with lukewarm water.

Cover it with wet cloth& refrigerate for 1/2 hour

Heat oil in a karahi. Divide the dough in to equal parts & make small balls out of it.

Make puri on the rolling board with the help.of rolling pin.

Deep fry one by one & serve hot with Aloo, chutney & salad
